Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not eligible for return: Custom-made furniture, items showing signs of damage due to misuse, or items returned after 30 days of purchase.

Initiating a Return

1. Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 769.368.7330 x0542 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is crucial for processing your return.
2. Packaging: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, if possible. Ensure it's adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.
3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). Keep your tracking number for your records.
4. RMA Number: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
