At Livingroom Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items not eligible for return: Custom-made furniture, items showing signs of damage due to misuse, or items returned after 30 days of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
